Scheduling Information

The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School children needing treatment should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued.

Your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child. Any change in this appointment affects all of our patients. If a cancellation is unavoidable, please call the office at least 48 hours in advance so that we may give that time to another patient. If two (2) broken/missed appointments occur or two (2) cancellations without 48-hour notice, our office reserves the right to NOT schedule any subsequent appointments.

We understand that it is challenging for parents to schedule their child's visits within their busy schedule, so we will make every attempt to accommodate your requests. Dr. Meggan runs on time, appreciating that you took the time to bring your child in and she asks that you respect the time of our other patients and our team by showing up on time to your child’s scheduled appointments.
